Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
Eligibility
- Items must be unopened, sealed and in original packaging.
- For health and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Damaged, Wrong or Expired Items
If you receive a damaged, incorrect or short-dated product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (or as bank transfer for COD orders) within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
