How do I return My Package?
If you are not 100% satisfied with the package or it does not meet your expectation, YES you can return the item to get a full refund to your cart, exchange the product for another one, or for a one time SIZE Change of same product.
Returns should be:
- Within 14 days of receipt for International Customers and within 07 days of receipt for local customers.
- You should fill out a Return Authorization Form (RAM) (Please click on the link to fill out an RAM).
- Kindly attach a copy of your purchase invoice.
- Returns are at your own cost.
- However, we will refund any shipping costs back to you, if it is DAMAGED or MIS-DELIVERED by us, for which are returned in the SAME CONDITION, WITH ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED and PLACED BACK IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- Returns should be in Re-saleable condition (without any damage/tear and with no visible wear).
- We allow customers to return items for a ONE TIME SIZE CHANGE ONLY and amount will be refunded to your cart for you to re-order another product if this is necessary.
- Sale and clearance items are non-refundable.
- Once we receive your returned package, you will be notified by an email.
- We will proceed with remarks on a copy of the packing slip on how you want us to proceed once we receive your return.
